Water-soluble beta-glucan and MOS complex
YeastMatrix™ is a water-soluble functional complex produced from fresh yeast milk through controlled autolysis, hydrolysis and separation. It combines yeast beta-glucan, MOS and yeast-derived nutrients for flexible use in animal-nutrition programs.
