NucleoYeast™ is a water-soluble yeast extract produced from molasses or brewer’s yeast through controlled autolysis and hydrolysis. It supplies soluble protein, peptides, amino acids, nucleotides and natural flavor compounds in powder and paste grades.

Shelf life
12 months from the manufacturing date under recommended storage conditions.
Storage
Store sealed in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, away from moisture, heat, direct sunlight and incompatible materials.
Batch COA, SDS and specification are issued with each shipment.
